This is a re-read for me. My first read was a quick one and I hope to learn more this time around.
A perfectly placed, impeccably delivered story can transport a person to a place beyond interested, straight past paying attention, and into a state of complete capivation. The “can’t look away” kind.
I frequently have friends ask me what I’m reading or what I recommend, so hopefully, these posts are helpful in giving you some ideas. If there’s a certain topic you’re looking for, let me know and I’ll see if I can direct you to a book. 🙂

Being a life-long learner and bookwormish means I read some pretty random things sometimes. I mean, if I run out of stuff, I read the backs of cereal boxes or car magazines. Sometimes it doesn’t even matter if it is stuff I agree with or not. I really think we can learn something from everything.
Here’s my *September Book:
The more I tell stories and the more I listen to stories, the more value I see in storytelling. It is a strong connection point. It’s where we see our similarities and differences but are more able to embrace both because there’s a history. Kindra does a wonderful job of hooking us at the beginning of her book with a story. Through her own experiences as well as the stories of others, she brings in important points on how we can not only connect with customers as a business but I think she also does a great job at sharing how impactful they can be in building relationships with anyone around us.
