Shelter In Place Reflections

What an interesting journey we are on! I have talked to people along the whole spectrum of emotions in regards to this pandemic and I am praying each of us will continue to be remain hopeful during this time. The unknown is scary but we don’t need to be scared. These times are fearful but we don’t need to be afraid.

At this time, I don’t even know what I have to offer anyone but I know when I face anxiety and feelings of panic and overwhelm and weariness, it helps to unload the stuff in my brain…and to process it as I am able and as time allows. If you don’t already have a person or a place to process your thoughts, I created a form to share anything that may be on your mind

Use these questions to prompt a time of reflection. I hope this is helpful for you to process some of your thoughts at this time. There are 6 “required” questions and 8 “non-required” questions. Share as much or as little as you’d like.

I’d love to brainstorm and find out what worries people have and curate resources to encourage us along the way. But if you’d like to just journal your thoughts on your own, please feel free to grab a printable journaling/drawing reflection sheet or two at this link.

Come back next week to share more reflections if you’d like.

(In order for the form to send you your own response if you’d like to save them, it requires an email address but I won’t use it for any purpose unless you fill out the Name and Email line at the end of the form…and even then, unless you have a question or want me to follow-up with anything, I don’t have plans to email you.)
