Ellie Claire 365-Day Devotional Journal

Ellie Claire does it again! We are impressed with the Ellie Claire Art Journals and these devotionals are just as amazing. The covers are gorgeous and each page has a quote, question, or verse plus a devotional and space to journal your reflections on the day’s thoughts. The paper is archive quality and non-bleed if you love journaling, lettering, drawing, or doodling with fancy pens. The interior design is full-color with a presentation page for personalization at the beginning of the book (who would you gift this book to?). Add in the lay-flat binding, ribbon marker, and elastic closure band and you have beautiful devotional to bring you through the year!

In a world where there is distractions, noise, and challenges, our weary souls are always seeking peace. When we try to focus but the voices of others call for our attention, we long for peace. When we hear about the destruction of people and things, we protest for peace. But as long as we are in this world, peace may always be a little out of our reach. True peace can only the Prince of Peace. When I think about all the things, it can be overwhelming, but being centered on His word reminds me that He is in control of all things and that is where my peace comes from.

From the moment we wake up to the time our eyes close for the night, our days are filled with work, activities, events, gatherings, and more. They aren’t all bad things, but they can distract us from time with our Creator. The short devotions in these journals are great starting points to getting into the Scripture before the day gets going or waiting for kids after school or during soccer practice. A perfect way to turn your eyes upon Jesus when life gets busy.

“Go big or go home” is a phrase that we hear often and people are usually intrigued by the big things…the majestic mountains, the grand waterfalls, the explosive fireworks. But I love finding the beauty in the everything things…the tiny fingers of a newborn baby, the simple bloom of a flower, the quiet whisper of hope. We see it in much of nature that the big things grow from small things. This gives my heart encouragement as we all take baby steps each day to achieve our goals, the calling that God has for our life. This devotional reminds us of those pauses and connections.

What are ways you connect to God and the Scripture through the day?
