FAQ:

What makes The Declutter Journey different from The Declutter Community? The Declutter Community is my free community for group accountability. You set your own goals. The Declutter Journey is a paid membership. I provide the daily tasks, guidance, and some accountability for the group as a whole.

Do I need to check in every day? I highly recommend checking in every day (unless you have an emergency) even if you are just “liking” a post or commenting with an emoji. I would like for you to check in consistently regardless of the number of days. A minimum would be two days – once mid-week and once over the weekend for the review / preview.

Is Facebook the only place where this group “meets”? Yes, for now, Facebook is the best option I can offer. I also post daily on Instagram at The Declutter Journey. That is a free space where I provide daily tasks, but no guidance or accountability.

Who (maybe) should NOT join The Declutter Journey (right now)? If you’re in a full season of caregiving (older parents, lots of kids, a newborn,…), this may not be the decluttering season for you. There are lots of free options out there that does not require you to this level of commitment. If you’re not on Facebook that much, this is probably not the group for you. Accountability requires you to check and let me know how things are going, as well as to check on others in the group. I also do not want spending time in that space to be an obstacle for you in any way.

What happens once I fill out the form? Once I receive and review the form, I will send you the information you need to join the private Facebook group and get your declutter journey going!
